Dato’ Zairulnizad Shahrim
Chairman
Dato’ Zairulnizad Shahrim is an Islamic finance strategist with over 25 years of leadership experience in regulatory policy, fund management, and Shariah-compliant innovation. A former regulator at the Securities Commission Malaysia and CEO of leading Islamic fund management firms, he now serves as Chairman of Primaverse Sdn. Bhd. and Chief Executive Officer of Asset Skylight Capital Berhad.
He also sits on the Board of Trustees of UiTM’s Endowment Fund and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at IIUM’s Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance. A Chevening Scholar with an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham, he is pursuing doctoral studies in management and continues to champion ethical and sustainable finance globally.
Dato’ Zairulnizad has contributed to key publications on Islamic capital markets, including “Understanding Islamic Capital Market” (IBFIM, 2014) and “Islamic Capital Markets: Principles and Practices” (ISRA & SC Malaysia, 2015). Recognized for his commitment to advancing ethical and sustainable finance, he continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the global Islamic finance landscape.

Y.M. Raja Muzzaffar Idris Shah, the most recent addition to the Primaverse team, brings a wealth of experience in waste management and sustainable development. Formerly a director at RMIS Holdings, he is specialized in natural resources ecology, minerals, and reclamation projects. As a guest of honor and ambassador for Malaysia in various international forums, Raja Muzzaffar's leadership and strategic insights will significantly enhance Primaverse's efforts in environmental sustainability. His commitment to advancing ecological and social initiatives aligns perfectly with Primaverse's mission.

DR ZULKAFLI BIN GHAZALI
Polymer Technologist and Former Director, Malaysian Nuclear Agency
Dr. Zulkafli bin Ghazali, an expert in radiation processing and polymer technology, has over 37 years of experience with the Malaysian Nuclear Agency, where he led the development of its electron beam irradiation facility. With a PhD in Polymer Technology from Leeds University, he has driven numerous innovations in bioplastics, flame-retardant materials, and water treatment, and has served as a consultant to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on 9 global projects.
